No. The recommended install is via Google Tag Manager — paste one code snippet into a Custom HTML tag, set the trigger to All Pages, and publish. If you manage your own site HTML, you can also paste it just before the closing </body> tag. Either way, every future change you make in the dashboard goes live immediately with no code changes needed.
When a visitor clicks "Call me now", Mi Connect calls our server, which fires the Mi Telecom /makecall API. This dials your agent first, then bridges the customer's number. Your team hears a brief whisper announcing the caller's name and department before the connection completes. The visitor hears a short ring and then your team member live. The whole thing typically completes in under 30 seconds.
The widget automatically switches to schedule-only mode. Visitors see your out-of-hours message ("We're offline — schedule a callback below") and are offered a date/time picker instead of the immediate callback button. Scheduled calls appear in your dashboard and can optionally trigger the call automatically at the booked time, or alert your team to call manually.
Yes — both plans include unlimited widgets. Each widget gets its own ID and configuration, so you can run completely different branding, teams, and routing rules on each site. On the Growth plan, you get a multi-site management view to see all widgets in one place.
Every callback request fires a webhook to a URL you configure — a Zapier catch hook, a HubSpot workflow trigger, your own API, whatever you use. The payload includes the visitor's name, phone, email, department selected, pre-call context message, the page they were on, and the scheduled time if applicable. This means the lead is in your CRM before the call even connects.
We've built GDPR compliance in, not bolted on. You can enable a consent checkbox that visitors must tick before submitting. Data is stored on UK/EU servers and we act as a data processor under your privacy policy. We don't sell or share visitor data with third parties. You can request data deletion at any time from the dashboard.
By default we retry once after 2 minutes. On the Growth plan you can configure custom retry logic. If the call still isn't answered, the visitor is notified by SMS (optional) and your team receives an alert via email and/or Slack. Missed callbacks appear flagged in your dashboard overview so nothing falls through the cracks.
